These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to eniton-watch.com (the “Website”) and purchases made directly from the Website. The Website is operated by Dongguan Xiegang YiNiDun Watch Firm, trading as ENITON (“ENITON”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referred to in them. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that are more favourable than these Terms, those mandatory rights will continue to apply.

These Terms do not apply to purchases made through AliExpress or another third-party marketplace, or to OEM, private-label, wholesale, or distributor transactions. Those transactions are governed by the applicable platform rules or separate business agreements.

2. Eligibility and information you provide

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract under the law that applies to you. When placing an order, you must provide information that is current, complete, and accurate, including your name, contact details, billing information, and delivery address.

You are responsible for checking your order and delivery details before submitting payment. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address or order change can be made after processing or shipment has begun.

If the Website offers customer accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

3. Product information

We aim to describe and display our watches as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and surface finishes may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, photography, natural material variation, or production tolerances. Natural stone dials may vary in colour, pattern, texture, and veining; these variations are part of the material and are not necessarily defects.

Product specifications, availability, and packaging may be updated where this does not materially reduce the product’s function or quality. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a full refund.

4. Prices and currencies

Our base prices are set in U.S. dollars (USD). The Website may allow you to view prices in other currencies. Converted prices may change as exchange rates change.

The final currency, price, delivery charge, and order total will be displayed at checkout before you pay. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may use its own exchange rate or charge a currency conversion or international transaction fee. Those third-party charges are outside ENITON’s control.

5. Orders and payment

ENITON currently accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Additional payment methods may be added in the future. The payment methods available to you will be shown at checkout.

An order enters processing only after payment has been completed and confirmed by the relevant payment provider. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not prevent us from contacting you if verification, stock, pricing, or delivery issues arise.

If payment or order information appears unusual, we may request reasonable verification to protect you and ENITON from fraud or unauthorised payment. If verification cannot be completed, or if we reasonably believe a payment is unauthorised, we may pause or cancel the order and return any amount received to the original payment method.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an obvious pricing error, stock-record error, technical fault, delivery restriction, or other material problem, we will contact you. We may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

6. Shipping, taxes, and import charges

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Free standard shipping is available to destinations we serve. Faster delivery options may be available at the customer’s cost. Available methods, charges, and estimated delivery times vary by destination.

ENITON covers applicable import duties and value-added tax (VAT) arising from delivery of Website orders. Customers should not normally be asked to pay those charges separately on delivery. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs procedures, carrier disruption, severe weather, peak periods, public holidays, security checks, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Mandatory delivery rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.

7. Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Before a parcel completes export customs clearance, we may attempt to intercept it through the carrier. Cancellation takes effect only after the carrier confirms that interception was successful.

Where cancellation is requested for the customer’s personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the carrier’s actual interception charge, where permitted by law. We may deduct that confirmed charge from the refund. If cancellation results from ENITON’s error, ENITON will bear the related charge.

After export customs clearance, a parcel can no longer be intercepted or cancelled through this process. You may request a return after receiving it under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you remain unaffected.

8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

ENITON offers a 30-day return period beginning on the date you receive the product. Return eligibility, product-condition requirements, return shipping responsibility, refund timing, and the procedure for damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, we do not provide a direct exchange: you may return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order. For a fault, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, we may offer repair, replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate and as required by applicable law.

9. One-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible watches purchased directly from the Website include ENITON’s One-Year Limited Warranty. The 12-month commercial warranty begins seven calendar days after the dispatch date. Coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, remedies, and shipping responsibilities are set out in the Warranty Policy.

This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace or shorten, any mandatory legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. In some countries, those legal rights last longer than the commercial warranty.

10. Acceptable use of the Website

You must not use the Website:

for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
to interfere with the Website, its security, or another person’s use;
to introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;
to copy, scrape, extract, or exploit Website content in a way that infringes ENITON’s or another person’s rights; or
to submit false reviews, impersonate another person, or misuse promotions.

We may restrict access or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary to protect customers, ENITON, or the Website, subject to applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including the ENITON name and marks, product photography, text, graphics, page design, and other original material, are owned by or licensed to ENITON and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other licence is granted. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, alter, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

12. Third-party services and links

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, logistics providers, social platforms, and other websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ENITON is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, but this does not reduce any responsibility ENITON has under mandatory law for fulfilling your order.

13. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Website for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons. We aim to keep the Website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed when you place an order will normally apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENITON is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not a natural result of our breach, or for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly for personal use. ENITON remains responsible for providing the goods and remedies required by applicable consumer law.

15. Events outside reasonable control

ENITON is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic restrictions, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, customs disruption, labour disputes, transport network failure, or major telecommunications failure. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will communicate material delays where practicable. Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ENITON’s place of business, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the right to rely on mandatory local law or to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under that law.
